FLV (Flash Video) is a file format used to deliver video over the Internet to the Macromedia Flash Player version 6, 7 or 8. FLV content may also be embedded within SWF files. For some applications you may need to set the MIME type for FLV files on the server.
In Linux hosting, simply insert the following line to the .htaccess file:AddType video/x-flv .flv
In Windows hosting, just add the following MIME Types in the HELM control panel:Extension: .flv
Content type: video/x-flvNote: This can be done for any mime type required.
